Complaints and Returns

Description of the complaints procedure:
1. The Buyer may submit complaints to the Seller concerning contracts concluded at info@cardszone.pl, or in writing to the Seller’s address. Correctly submitted complaint should contain at least the following:
- Name, address, e-mail address of the Buyer,

- The date of conclusion of the Agreement giving rise to the complaint,

- The subject of the complaint, indicating the request of the Buyer,

- Any circumstance justifying the complaint.
2. If the data given in the complaint or information need to be supplemented, before examining the complaints the Seller asks the person lodging the complaint of supplementing the indicated range.
3. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt in the correct form.
4. The answer to the complaint is sent to the specifiedby the Buyer e-mail or traditional mail address.

The consumer's right of withdrawal:

Within 14 days of receipt of the purchased item or - in the case of services - conclusion of the contract, the buyer (consumer) may withdraw from the contract without giving any reason.

In this case, the Seller shall reimburse all payments received from the Buyer.

To withdraw from the agreement concluded on Allegro, you must submit an appropriate declaration of intent, writing at the e-mail: info@cardszone.pl.

The buyer may use the model withdrawal from the contract specified below.

The cost of returning things in the event of withdrawal:

- In case of withdrawal from the Contract, the Seller does not bear the cost of returning the goods.

No withdrawal:

The right to withdraw from a contract concluded within the store Cards Zone is not entitled to the Buyer (consumer) in respect to contracts:
- the provision of services where the trader has fully performed the service with the express consent of the consumer, who has been informed before the provision that after the provision by the entrepreneur, he loses the right to withdraw from the agreement;
- in which the price or remuneration depends on fluctuations in the financial market that the trader does not control, and which may occur before the deadline for withdrawal;
- in which the subject of the provision is non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer or to meet his individual needs
- in which the subject is the thing dispersible to rapid decay or having a short shelf life;
- in which the subject of the provision is the thing delivered in a sealed package, which after opening the package cannot be returned due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- in which the subject of the provision are things that after delivery, due to their nature, are inextricably linked with other things;
- in which the subject of the provision are alcoholic beverages, the price of which has been agreed with the conclusion of the contract of sale and the supply of which can only take place after 30 days and value of which depends on fluctuations in the market that the trader does not control;
- in which the consumer has specifically demanded that the entrepreneur came to him to make urgent repairs or maintenance; if the trader provides additional services other than those demanded by the consumer or provides things other than replacement parts necessary to perform repairs or maintenance, the right of withdrawal is granted to the consumer in relation to additional services or goods;
- in which the subject of provision is a sound recording or visual or computer program delivered in a sealed package, if the package was opened after delivery;
- on delivering newspapers, periodicals or magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts;
- concluded at a public auction;
- for the provision of accommodation other than for residential purposes, the carriage of goods, car rental, catering, services related to leisure, entertainment , sports or culturalevents, if the agreement marked a day or period of performance;
- for the supply of digital content which is not stored on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with the express consent of the consumer before the deadline to withdraw from the contract and after having informed him by the entrepreneur about the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Possibility to use extrajudicial methods of complaint and redress and access to these procedures:

The Buyer who is a consumer has the option of non-judicial way of dealing with complaints and redress before the Permanent Consumer Arbitration Court at the Regional Inspector of Trade Inspection in Warszawa.
